If you are hosting a Cinco De Mayo Celebration, no Cinco De Mayo party would be complete without traditional Mexican Cuisine, my personal favorites are the Roasted Salsa, and The Seven Layer Taco Dip. These take some time to make, but they are worth it when they are finished.
